- 3GP: .3gp
Maximum file size: 16 MB
Sending Messages Outside the 24-Hour Messaging WindowRegular text messages and media messages (i.e., any non-template messages) can only be delivered within 24 hours of the customer's last message to your business.
If the business sends a message outside this 24-hour window, an error will be returned by the API.
Message templates are not subject to this restriction and should be used to reach customers outside the 24-hour window.

- Keep video files under 16 MB for reliable delivery
- MP4 format is recommended for maximum compatibility
- Optimize videos for mobile viewing (resolution and bitrate)
- Use captions to provide context about the video content
