Login

Start by logging into your account using your provided credentials.

Side Menu Navigation

From the side menu navigate to the "Cequens Campaigns" Page then Click on the "Create New Campaign" Button

Campaign Wizard Steps

Step 1 Basic Info

-Insert your campaign Name
-Select the Voice campaign channel.
-Choose the Message type (Regular) by default.

Step 2 Campaign type

-Navigate to the Next Step
-Select Your campaign type (Broadcast ) only available
-Pick your verified Caller number. (In case there is no identified caller number you can use the Random caller truck)
-Navigate to the next step

Step 3 Recipients

-Insert your Recipient by using the Upload sheet options
-Navigate to the next step

Step 4 Message

-Select your message type TTS or Media files
-Insert your TTS message or upload your recorded voice
-Select The voice speed Rate (Zero by default)
-Select the Voice type Considering the Text language (English by Default)
-Select the delay content option to delay the voice-over after receiving the call (Zero by default)
-Navigate to the next step

Step 5 Campaign Summary

Review your campaign then click on the "send" button to launch your campaign.
