Login

Start by logging into your account using your provided credentials.

Email Identifier configuration

To configure the email identifier, click on "Email Config Channel" and navigate to the channels page from the plugin and tools item on the side menu. Adjust the settings to tailor your email campaigns, ensuring efficient and personalized communication with your audience.

From the side menu navigate to the "Cequens Campaigns" Page then Click on the "Create New Campaign" Button

Campaign Steps

Step 1 Basic Info

-Insert your campaign Name
-Select the Email campaign channel.
-Choose the Message type (Regular) by default.

Step 2 Campaign type

-Navigate to the Next Step
-Select Your campaign type by using a single singer / Domain sender
-Pick your identified Email/Domain sender.
-Navigate to the next step

Step 3 Recipients

-Insert your Recipient by using the Upload sheet options
-Navigate to the next step

Step 4 Message

-Compose your email by using one of the composing features (upload template / create a new email template using email builder tool )
-Navigate to the next step

Step 5 Campaign Summary

Review your campaign then click on the "send" button to launch your campaign.
