Templates

Templates are essential components of customer messages. They allow for the creation of personalized messages, particularly for sending verification codes within the system. Users can use default templates or create customized ones for SMS, Email, and Voice communications. For WhatsApp, templates need to be created on the Meta platform and can then be selected within the system.
