Top-up Account Via PayPayl

Steps

Login to Your Account

log in to your account using your credentials and
Access Billing Options from settings

Select PayPal

Choose PayPal as your preferred payment method.

Enter Payment Details

Enter the amount you wish to deposit and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the PayPal payment.
Confirmation

After successfully making the payment, you will receive an Email confirmation notification, and your account balance will be updated.

Top-up Account Via Credit Card

Using a credit card is a simple and quick way to fund your account. Here's how to add funds using a credit card.

Steps

Login to Your Account

log in to your account using your credentials and
Access Billing Options from settings

Choose Credit Card

Select "Credit Card" as your preferred payment method.

Enter Card Details

Input your credit card details, including card number, expiry date, CVV, and the desired deposit amount.
Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation message, and your account balance will be updated accordingly.

Top-up Via Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are a secure option for adding funds to your Top-P account. Here's how to complete a bank transfer.

Steps

Login to Your Account

Log in to your Top-P account on the website.
Access Payment Options

Choose Bank Transfer

Select "Bank Transfer" as your preferred payment method.

View Bank Details

The bank details, including account number and transfer instructions, will be provided on the screen.

Initiate Bank Transfer

Use your online banking service to initiate a bank transfer to the provided account number and follow the instructions provided on the screen.

Confirmation

Once the bank transfer is successful, You will have to contact the Finance team for confirmation, Then your account balance will be updated.
