User Roles

Admin User

Contributor User

Empowered to craft and send campaigns as well as view reports. Contributors, however, cannot alter settings or approve campaigns awaiting validation. Their scope, while extensive, is tailored to keep structural integrity and security uncompromised.

Viewer User

Tailored for monitoring and evaluation, Viewers are the seers. They have exclusive access to view reports, ensuring they're informed and updated on the account's communication status and activities without the capacity to make direct changes or initiations.

Chat Admin/Agent User
