Manage Topics

A "topic" is a categorized group of subscribers used for organizing and managing them, enabling users to send targeted notifications to groups with shared characteristics, interests, or criteria.

Create a topic

To create a new topic in Omni-Link Studio, follow these simple steps:

• Navigate to the "Subscriber Module."
• Select the "Topics" tab.
• Click on the "Create Topic" button.
• A popup window will appear, allowing you to easily name your new topic and create it instantly.
• After creating a topic, Omni-Link Studio automatically generates a unique "topic key." This key simplifies the process of triggering notifications to the specific topic.
