1. WhatsApp templates cannot be created directly from the CEQUENS platform. Instead, they are created on the Meta platform.
2. After creating WhatsApp templates on Meta, all approved templates will be accessible on the CEQUENS platform within the WhatsApp tab on the MFA listing page.
3. WhatsApp templates can only be edited through Meta platform.
