Manage Subscribers
A "Subscriber" represents a user to whom notifications will be sent. Each subscriber is uniquely identified by their subscriberId. Omni-Link Studio simplifies user management by organizing users in the form of subscribers.
Note: Existing subscribers have same phone, WhatsApp, or email will be overridden.
Create a subscriber
To create a subscriber in Omni-Link Studio, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "Subscriber" module within the platform.
- Click on the "Create Subscriber" option.
- A new window will open, allowing you to enter the following subscriber details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- WhatsApp Number
- Upon successfully creating a new subscriber, a unique subscriberId will be generated. This subscriberId contains all the necessary data to effortlessly trigger notifications to the subscriber, tailored to the specific data stored for a particular channel.
Update a subscriber
Once a subscriber is created in Omni-Link Studio, you have the flexibility to update their information as needed. Whether it's modifying contact details, adding new data, or making other adjustments, the platform provides a straightforward process for keeping subscriber information up to date.
Import subscribers
Omni-Link Studio simplifies the process of adding multiple subscribers to your database through CSV file imports. This allows you to efficiently populate your subscriber list by following these steps:
- Create a CSV file that contains the subscriber information you wish to import. The file structure should align with the provided sample, which can be easily downloaded for reference.
- Navigate to the subscriber module and locate the import option.
- Click on "Import Subscribers" to upload your prepared CSV file.
- System will validate the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Receive confirmation, and the new subscribers will be seamlessly integrated into your subscriber list.
Add Subscribers to Topic
Choose one or multiple subscribers at once, streamlining the selection process, and have the flexibility to either add these selected subscribers to an existing topic or create a new topic on the spot.
